Job summary

Synerfac Inc. in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify new business opportunities through cold calling and research, and to listen to client needs to propose solutions.

This in-person role runs Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. You will travel to client sites, maintain relationships, and collaborate with the recruiting team on candidate screening, with a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

Job Description

Projected Earnings

• Year 1: 45k - 65k
• Year 2: 60k - 90k
• Year 3: 75k - 125k
