• Qualify inbound leads and conduct proactive outbound outreach to PT clinics, pro teams, and college programs.
• Research accounts, tailor pitches by buyer type, and schedule discovery meetings for the AE team.
• Maintain a clean CRM and collaborate with sales/marketing to sharpen messaging.

Job description

Our client is on the hunt for a hungry SDR to build pipeline for their sports performance platform. Mostly you'll be talking to physical therapy clinics, with some outreach to pro sports teams and top college athletic programs mixed in. It's a 50/50 split between working inbound leads and running outbound — so you'll get both sides of the game.

What You'll Do

• Split time evenly between qualifying inbound leads (demo requests, trade show follow-ups, website inquiries) and proactive outbound (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to PT clinics, pro teams, and college programs
• Research accounts, tailor your pitch by buyer type, and book solid discovery meetings for the AE team
• Keep the CRM clean and work closely with sales/marketing to sharpen messaging

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience (healthcare, sports, or SaaS is a plus)
• Sharp communication skills and zero fear of the phone
• Genuine interest in sports medicine, performance, or healthcare tech

Nice to Haves

• Background in athletics, sports medicine, or PT clinic operations
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot

The compensation target is $55k base salary plus commission
