RevolutionParts in Tempe, AZ is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales and marketing team. You’ll handle outbound cold calls, inbound inquiries, and work with Account Executives to build our pipeline in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You'll have a defined growth path to an Account Executive role, with coaching and opportunities to advance as you drive opportunities and demos.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in high-pressure, competitive settings.
• Fearless with a "no stone unturned" mentality.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Passion for technology.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; creative and meticulous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven presentations.

Responsibilities

• Represent our products and services, researching how solutions meet needs.
• Generate leads and nurture warm prospects; find new sales outlets.
• Build a pipeline through outbound efforts and handoffs to Account Executives.
• Hit daily activity metrics and demo KPIs to create opportunities.
• Conduct high‑level conversations with mid and senior prospects explaining RevolutionParts’ value.
