This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact, with a people‑first mindset, strong communication, and a bias toward proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Motivated to launch and grow a career in sales.
• Strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and self-generating opportunities.
• Coachable, organized and accountable.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Recent grads and career changers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and chat.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timeline, and situation.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for our senior acquisitions team.
• Build genuine relationships with homeowners and guide them through the early stages of the process with care and professionalism.
• Follow up consistently, turning initial conversations into scheduled meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets.
• Take ownership of your pipeline and look for ways to continuously improve your approach.
