Job summary

WithMe, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Manager, Sales Development to lead a blended team of in-office and remote BDRs and MDRs. You will drive pipeline generation, own team performance end-to-end, refine prospecting cadences, and partner with Marketing and RevOps.

The role reports to the Head of Sales and is based on-site. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, build dashboards, and ensure data hygiene while maintaining a competitive compensation plan and career progression paths for

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales development or sales, with 2+ years managing BDR/MDR/SDR teams.
• Strong SDR/BDR background and a track record of leading in-office and remote teams.
• Proficient in Salesforce with strong reporting and dashboard skills.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to drive pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own BDR/MDR results end-to-end: quotas, territories, and coverage.
• Coach and support on-site and remote team members via daily practices.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for BDR/MDR roles.
• Refine prospecting cadences, messaging, SLAs, and qualification criteria.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards to monitor activity and quota attainment.
• Ensure quality handoffs with Account Executives and feedback loops on conversions.
• Maintain CRM discipline and data hygiene across the team.
• Contribute to compensation plans, SPIFFs, and pipeline-driving contests.
