Job summary

WithMe, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Manager of Sales Development to lead a blended team of in-office and remote BDRs/MDRs.

You will drive pipeline generation, coach staff, and align with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Enablement to optimize prospecting and lead routing. The role requires 5+ years in sales development with at least 2 years in people management, plus a strong track record with Salesforce and Outreach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales development or sales experience, including 2+ years directly managing a BDR/MDR/SDR team.
• Experience managing both in-office and remote/hybrid teams.
• High proficiency in Salesforce with strong CRM hygiene and reporting.
• Strong metrics discipline with understanding of funnel dynamics and quotas.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Coaching experience with hiring, onboarding and promoting reps into closing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, multi-family industry a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Outreach is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own BDR/MDR team results end-to-end, including quotas, territory and account coverage.
• Supervise on-site and remote team members through daily huddles, 1:1s and coaching.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for BDR/MDR roles and career progression.
• Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Enablement to refine cadences, messaging and SLAs.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards to monitor activity and quota attainment.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors of Sales for lead handoffs and feedback.
• Maintain metrics discipline and CRM data hygiene.
• Contribute to compensation plans, SPIFFs and contests.
