Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales closing role, with a strong preference for SAAS.
• 2+ years of management experience, specifically having transitioned into an SDR Manager role.
• Experience in HCM or PEO sales is a plus.
• Technical fluency: Salesforce and Gong required; familiarity with modern sales engagement and AI-driven tools strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing SDR team to drive a significant portion of company revenue.
• Develop future Account Executives and shape the next generation of top sellers.
• Coach to improve pipeline quality, coaching with data and signal-based selling.
