Job summary

Justworks in Phoenix is seeking a Manager, Digital Sales to build and lead a fast-paced SMB digital sales team. You will own conversion, bookings, velocity, and product-adoption metrics, while coaching advisors and steering sales plays and automation initiatives.

You will partner with Revenue, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to optimize the digital buying journey and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced SMB digital sales team.
• Proven coaching and closing capabilities.
• Experience designing and improving sales motions and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and lead Justworks’ Digital Sales team in Phoenix.
• Own the team’s performance across conversion, bookings, sales velocity, and analytics.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Digital Sales Advisors.
• Design and run experiments to improve customer outcomes and sales efficacy.
