Job summary

TreVita Medical Tourism is seeking a proven Sales Development Supervisor to recruit, onboard, train, and develop inside sales reps while driving performance and accountability. You will partner with the Senior Sales Manager to build a scalable, high‑performance team, coach calls, review performance, and shape the customer experience through consultative selling and structured ramp‑ups.

Qualifications

Experience leading, coaching, training, and developing inside sales teams.
Proven success in consultative sales environments selling services or high‑value solutions.
Experience training sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, or similar frameworks.
Experience leveraging HubSpot and pipeline management metrics to drive accountability and coaching opportunities.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and hire high-potential sales talent in partnership with the Senior Sales Manager.
Own onboarding and ramp-up programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
Deliver sales training focused on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, role plays, and performance development meetings.
Monitor metrics and CRM data to identify coaching opportunities and improve performance.
