TreVita Medical Tourism is seeking an Inside Medical Sales Representative to capitalize on inbound leads and guide patients through premium medical travel programs. This on-site role in Downtown San Diego offers uncapped commission and an OTE of $115k+, with a starting base salary around $52,000.

You’ll manage a high-volume sales cycle, build strong patient relationships, and help clients access world-class healthcare options.

Qualificações

• Experience selling high-ticket services or complex solutions.
• Healthcare, medical tourism, or wellness sales background preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from inquiry through enrollment for patients.
• Drive revenue through high-volume activity and strong follow-up.
• Meet and exceed performance goals across revenue and conversion metrics.
• Build trust and influence decisions to guide patients to suitable healthcare solutions.
• Present TreVita's premium medical travel programs and coordinate logistics as needed.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and patient records in HubSpot CRM.
