Job summary

Vacatia, Inc. seeks a Director of Training & Development – Sales to lead strategy, design, and execution of training for our sales organization.

You will partner with sales leadership to develop talent, improve performance, and build a culture of continuous learning and growth. You will design onboarding programs, leadership development, and ongoing training to align with revenue objectives, product knowledge, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in sales or hospitality.
• 3+ years of leadership experience within training and development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, OD, HR, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to design and deliver sales and leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs for sales professionals and leaders.
• Create onboarding experiences that accelerate productivity and retention.
• Design engaging workshops, classroom training, role-plays, coaching sessions, and continuing education.
• Implement metrics to measure training effectiveness and business impact.
• Partner with sales and HR to align training with talent development and succession planning.
• Stay current on sales training trends and adult learning methodologies.
