Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Sales Development Associate to join a rotational program that trains you across operations, sales strategies, processes and project management. You will work with a mentor to learn and apply sales techniques, identify opportunities, and help convert quotes into orders.

You will attend customer visits, search for new prospects, and collaborate with management and the technical team to understand customer strategies, participating in training to develop product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, marketing, engineering, sales or related field; minimum GPA 3.0.
• High comfort with digital tools and quickly learning new software; familiarity with Office365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment; strong attention to detail; self-motivated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn all areas of the business and Kendall Group's sales process through rotation.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert them into orders.
• Monitor quotations and ensure professional follow-up.
• Attend customer visits with a sales team member.
• Search for new prospects and develop sales opportunities.
• Interact with management and the technical team to understand customer strategies.
• Participate in project management meetings and training to build product knowledge.
