Job summary

SPX Technologies in the United States is offering a two-year Sales Development Program designed to accelerate growth in sales, marketing, and business development through diverse rotations.

You will gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, market analysis, pricing, and revenue management, with formal training, mentorship, and a clear pathway to a permanent role in sales or related commercial functions after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, internships, or projects.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for rotations and assignments.
• Interest in building a long-term career in sales, marketing or business development.

Responsibilities

• Complete three to four rotational assignments across commercial areas such as Business Development, Territory Sales, Account Management, and Market Research.
• Lead and support customer-facing, commercial, and strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Participate in formal training, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
• Assist with customer presentations, proposals, and account planning.
• Develop knowledge of SPX Technologies products, markets, and competitive landscape.
• Support forecasting, pricing analysis, CRM activity, and sales performance reporting.
• Contribute to development of standard work, dashboards, and reporting tools.
