Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent business education.
• Internships in sales or business are preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete a rotational training program across sales and operations in wholesale distribution
• Support business development managers with prospecting and lead qualification
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Assist in preparing proposals, pricing, and presentations for prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on service and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on‑time order fulfillment
• Track and report key performance metrics using CRM and sales tools
• Participate in ride‑alongs, customer visits, and product training sessions
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance sales efficiency
• Meet defined performance goals and development milestones within the program
