You will undergo a structured training path shaping you for an Outside Sales Representative position, working with experts to gain hands-on experience with our products and customer-focused approach.

You will learn sales methodologies, use CRM and portal tools, and participate in team events while progressing from SDP to OSR based on performance and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient computer and mobile device skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Begin training at a local branch, shadowing sales and operations to learn the full equipment-rental lifecycle.
• Participate in digital onboarding across North America to sharpen sales technique.
• Engage in outbound campaigns across construction verticals and customer segments.
• Master United Rentals sales tools, including CRM and inventory platforms.
• Lead high-level sales conversations involving price negotiations and contracts.
• Learn proven sales methodologies to drive revenue growth.
• Join local team initiatives and track development through performance metrics.
