Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must live within reasonable driving distance of assigned branch.

Responsibilities

• Begin training at a local branch, shadowing sales and operational roles.
• Join digital onboarding sessions to sharpen sales techniques.
• Progress through outbound sales campaigns for various customer segments.
• Master key sales tools including CRM and inventory management platforms.
• Learn proven sales methodologies to deliver solutions for customers.
