Join United Rentals as a Sales Associate on the Fluid Solutions team! You will embark on a structured training path to prepare for an Outside Sales Representative role.

Work alongside experts to gain hands-on experience with technical products and develop customer relationship skills. You will train in various sales techniques, shadow roles, and lead high-level sales conversations while receiving daily feedback from leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Proficient computer and mobile phone/tablet skills necessary.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Begin training at a local branch, shadowing sales roles.
• Join peers for a digital onboarding class focused on sales techniques.
• Participate in outbound sales campaigns targeting different verticals.
• Master key sales tools including CRM and inventory management.
• Lead high-level sales conversations and price negotiations.
• Track Sales Development progress with real-time metrics.
• Receive feedback from leadership, call coaching, and ride-alongs.
