Job summary

RSW/US through its LAUNCH program in Cincinnati is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Rep. The role is built for a high-energy self-starter with 10–15 years of inside sales experience in B2B settings, with a strong emphasis on phone outreach and crafting thoughtful emails.

You will manage up to five clients across diverse industries, reach out to prospects for meetings, set appointments based on availability, and keep all sales activities and account information current in the CRM.

Qualifications

Candidate has to be extremely comfortable with phone outreach and needs to be able to write compelling and thoughtful emails without the help necessarily of Ai.
