DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is seeking an Experienced Sales Desk Manager to lead, develop, and inspire the sales team. You will report to the General Manager and drive performance, culture, and customer experience across the store.

The role requires 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, domestic experience, and a valid driver's license. CDK knowledge is a plus in our dynamic, high-performance environment.
