Greiner Ford of Casper is seeking a Sales Desk Manager to lead and coach the sales staff, drive targets, and maintain high customer service levels at our Casper dealership.

You will train, develop, and supervise the team, ensuring daily activities align with store goals and customer satisfaction standards. This leadership role reports to the General Manager and requires a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 2+ years of dealership Sales Manager experience.
• Proven track record with exceptional CSI (customer satisfaction index).
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Desk Manager oversees all sales staff activities to meet sales targets and customer service levels.
• Responsible for training, cross-training, and development of the sales team.
• Reports to the General Manager and supports daily operations.
• Ensure sales goals are attained and monitor daily activity and training.
• Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
