Nissan of Downtown LA is seeking an Experienced Sales Desk Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our sales team at Nissan of Downtown LA. You will report to the General Manager in this role. The position offers opportunities, incentives, and a path for advancement within Lithia & Driveway.

Bring 2+ years in automotive sales management, staff training, and CDK knowledge a plus. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this California role with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager REQUIRED.
• Experience leading a high performing sales team REQUIRED.
• Import experience a PLUS.
• CDK knowledge a PLUS.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

• Manage activities of all sales staff to achieve sales targets and customer service levels.
