Job summary

DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is seeking a Sales Representative to help customers select vehicles, demonstrate features, and guide them through pricing and purchasing steps. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online leads, and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to close deals.

No prior automotive sales experience is required—we will train you. The position offers a 5-day workweek with a rotating two days off, and evening/weekend hours, with growth opportunities

• Comfortable using computers and learning CRM and dealership software.

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
