Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks a sales associate to drive store sales of furniture and services while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will promote the Design program, assist designers, and execute the La-Z-Boy selling process to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficient with basic office software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers to hit goals.
• Follow the La-Z-Boy selling process and provide excellent service.
• Schedule home consultations and present customized room designs.
