Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to drive store sales of furniture, accessories, and design services. You will deliver an outstanding shopping experience using the La-Z-Boy selling process and help build long-term relationships with customers.

You will train with an initial pay of $15 per hour for 2-6 weeks, then base pay of $12.50 per hour plus uncapped commissions and bonuses based on sales performance, including 3% on Design Sales and 2% on other sales, with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers to reach goals.
• Schedule home consultations and present room designs.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with daily operations.
