La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a sales-oriented professional to contribute to store sales through furniture and accessories, and to support the Design program.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, apply the La-Z-Boy selling process, and build long-term client relationships while developing interior design awareness. Training pay is $18/hour for 2–6 weeks, with base pay of $15/hour after training and uncapped commissions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Contribute to store sales goals by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Execute the selling process and provide a positive customer experience.
• Develop and utilize sales skills including needs discovery, objections handling, and follow-up.
