Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated is seeking a sales-focused team member to drive in-store furniture and design sales, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. You will promote the Design program, support designers, and help meet store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Training pay starts at $15–$20/hour for 2–6 weeks, then base pay plus uncapped commissions. Post-training pay includes base hourly wages, commissions, and quarterly bonuses; benefits are

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet goals.
• Experience with store operations and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive furniture and accessory sales through exceptional customer service.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers to meet sales goals.
• Execute the company selling process to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store appearance and accurate customer records.
