Job summary

La-Z-Boy is seeking a motivated retail associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will promote furniture, accessories and services, and assist in the La‑Z‑Boy Design program to meet sales goals.

You will leverage product knowledge to guide customers through design options, maintain showroom standards, and coordinate deliveries. Strong communication and time-management skills are required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drives Sales and contribute to store goals by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Execute the La‑Z‑Boy selling process and provide a positive customer experience.
• Develop expertise in product features and benefits of current and new lines.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and showroom maintenance.
