The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and ongoing follow-up with customers, with training pay and uncapped commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills.
• Preferred to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience selling and closing sales is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and contributes to store sales goals.
• Promotes the Design program and assists designers to achieve sales goals.
• Follows the La-Z-Boy selling process to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Builds customer relationships and manages follow-ups and service after sale.
