Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate in Downers Grove to drive furniture and service sales. You will follow the La-Z-Boy selling process, build lasting relationships with customers, and assist the Designer with Design program goals.

Training offers $16/hour for 2–6 weeks with no commission. Post-training base is $13/hour with uncapped commissions and a quarterly bonus depending on sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store sales goals.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve goals.
• Execute the selling process and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule deliveries and maintain customer records.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
