Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated in Orlando, FL is seeking a motivated sales associate to deliver exceptional service and drive furniture sales through the La‑Z‑Boy selling process.

You will promote our Design program, schedule home consultations and build long‑term relationships with customers. Training pay starts at $16/hour for 2–6 weeks, with an average annual earnings potential of $35k–$55k+. After training, base pay is $13/hour with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for related field.
• Experience in sales or retail a plus.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services.
• Promote Design program and assist Designer to hit sales goals.
• Execute selling process to provide a positive customer experience.
• Develop sales skills including needs discovery, objections handling, and closing.
