Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative in an in-office Charlotte call center. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and Spectrum loyalty.

You should have a high school diploma and 1+ year of sales experience, with strong English communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls as the first point of contact for customers.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Master order processing within the billing system for accounts.
• Explain products and services to retain and re-sell to customers.
