Position overview: As a Client Solutions Representative, you will retain valued customers and upsell Spectrum services. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth, directly impacting company success and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Meet or exceed customer solutions activity goals using effective telephone-based techniques to retain customers.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, handle billing inquiries, pricing questions, and service complaints, and meet call handling metrics.
• Process orders within the billing system for retained accounts, new sales, and account lookups.
• Explain products and services clearly, with an understanding of competitors, to retain and upsell to customers.
