• Utilize sales and rewards data to improve results and drive loyalty.
• Oversee selling support: stockroom, signing, equipment, merchandising.
• Support OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection operational areas.
• Develop career progression plans to retain top talent and reduce turnover.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; address issues as needed.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment with strong customer focus.
