Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or office roles is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills are essential.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or sales platforms preferred.
• Strong Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and end user inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
• Process RMAs, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
• Track return shipments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately.
• Assist with data entry, reporting updates, and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate internal inventory transfer requests.
• Process retail orders via 3P portals, including entry and invoicing.
• Update daily inventory feeds for retail customers through 3P portals.
• Monitor pricing discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
