Canteen North America is seeking a diligent Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator in Parsippany, NJ to process daily customer orders and provide outstanding service. You will be the main point of contact to ensure accurate order entry, timely fulfillment, and effective communication across operations, logistics, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to upsell products and services.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and approve daily customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, and delivery status.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services that meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and sales for seamless order processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information in company systems.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Prioritize daily workload and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Assist with administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
