Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by handling inquiries, processing orders, updating pricing, and coordinating accounts. You will work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely service while gaining exposure to core sales, supply chain, and customer processes.

This is based in Bolingbrook, IL or East Butler, PA with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, supply chain, or related field.
• Prior customer service, administrative, sales support, or office experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, order entry, and information requests in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
• Enter, review, and maintain customer orders in company systems.
• Coordinate order activity, including changes, cancellations, and shipment updates.
• Expedite orders by following up with internal departments, suppliers, and vendors as needed.
• Manage daily email and phone communication to keep customers informed.
• Maintain communication with customers, sales staff, and internal departments.
• Assist with customer portals, scorecards, forecasts, and other account requirements.
• Collaborate with Credit, Procurement, Ops, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Support RMA, RA, PPAP, and other quality-related processes as needed.
