Qualifikationen

• Experience using an ERP system (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Prepare quotes, process purchase orders, and maintain records.
• Manage customer orders in the ERP system and coordinate with internal teams.
• Respond to pricing, order status, shipments, and delivery inquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
