Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sales Analyst Assistant to support all administrative responsibilities related to customer contract management at the Area level. You will assist with contract modeling, execution, setup, and renewals across Takeout, A La Carte, and Master Distribution agreements.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to report on contract portfolios while coordinating with sales, revenue management and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative/clerical support experience.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, processes, methodologies, and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages contract life cycle for assigned Areas including model generation, execution, setup, and renewals across agreement types.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for contracts and provides answers/insights to field and support office as needed.
• Performs routine reporting and review of contract portfolio to ensure compliance.
• Attends meetings with field leaders around needed contract actions or decisions.
