Performance Food Group seeks a Contracts Coordinator to support the contract and bids process for college and university food service customers. You will set up and maintain contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability while coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and the Corporate Bid Department.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication and data-entry skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months accounting or admin support or related area.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support contract and bids process for college and university food service customers.
• Set up and maintain contracts and pricing to secure profitability.
• Communicate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Corporate Bid Department.
• Maintain bid logs, transfer bids to spreadsheets for analysis, and ensure accuracy.
