Performance Food Service, part of Performance Food Group, is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support the contract and bids process for college and university food service customers. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, contract setup and pricing maintenance, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and vendors.

Ideal candidates will have strong data-entry skills, proficiency with Excel and MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years administrative/clerical experience preferred.
• Data entry experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support contract and bids process for college/university food service customers, including setup of contracts and pricing.
• Maintain pricing, prepare bid analyses, and ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Vendors to answer questions accurately and promptly.
• Prepare bid logs, copy bids, and transfer data to spreadsheets for analysis.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including bid reconciliations and record-keeping.
