Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sales Analyst Assistant to handle administrative duties for customer contract management at the Area level. You will support contract tracking, profit model development, and rebate requests to enable effective sales operations.

The role requires Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication. Onsite work at US Foods offices is typical, with collaboration across sales, revenue management, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative/clerical support experience.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, processes, methodologies, and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manages contract life cycle for assigned Areas including generation, execution, setup, renewal and amendments.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on contracts for field and support office.
• Performs routine reporting and review of contract portfolio to ensure compliance.
• Attends weekly/monthly meetings with field leaders for contract actions or decisions.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
