Zusammenfassung

Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, seeks a Contracts Coordinator to support college and university food service contracts. You will set up contracts, maintain pricing, and manage bid renewals while coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, and Vendor teams.

The role requires data entry accuracy, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office. A High School Diploma/GED and 6–12 months accounting/admin experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6-12 months accounting/admin support or related experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Aufgaben

• Support contract and bids process for college/university food service customers.
• Data entry, monitor pricing and bid renewals, track usage, analyze reports.
• Maintain a log of bids; transfer bids to spreadsheet for analysis.
• Create and maintain contracts; analyze bids for profitability.
• Keep accurate bid records and resolve discrepancies; assist with bid reconciliations.
