Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities.
• Ability to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and professional online communication.
• Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and conduct consultative, relationship-based sales conversations.
• Develop customer growth plans and build a pipeline of opportunities to drive incremental sales.
• Pre-plan account visits with clear objectives and document outcomes in CRM.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and how to position them against competitors.
• Document account information and stay current with customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate in meetings, trainings, and supplier events as required.
• Support internal objectives and contribute to business growth.
