Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant who will visit customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, and drive revenue growth through trusted relationships.

The role emphasizes face-to-face selling, building deep product knowledge, and developing growth plans; travel and a valid driver’s license are required. Documentation of visits and opportunities occurs in CRM.

Qualifications

• Able to analyze data and information.
• Proficient using SGWS technology to perform duties.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques.
• Able to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
• Able to take responsibility for actions and provide high level of service.
• Able to communicate effectively across audiences.
• Able to travel; must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age, with HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Regularly pre‑plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit plans in CRM.
