Job summary

Cavender Ford of OKC is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing family. You will answer customer calls, respond to product questions, and follow up on internet leads to schedule appointments.

This role includes a $3,000 monthly guarantee for the first 90 days, plus medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, life insurance, and employee discounts on vehicles, service and parts. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver's license and successful background checks.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Some Internet Sales Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet.
• Outbound calls following up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic.
• Inbound calls from sales customers.
• Determine customer's primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment.
• Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships.
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity.
