Job summary

Cavender Ford of OKC, part of the Cavender Auto Family, is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will answer calls, engage with customers, follow up on internet leads, and schedule appointments while maintaining accurate records and building strong customer relationships.

This role offers a $3,000 per month guarantee for the first 90 days, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, pet insurance, PTO, parental leave, life insurance, employee

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Some Internet Sales Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions via phone and internet.
• Outbound calls following up with internet leads and showroom traffic.
• Inbound calls from sales customers.
• Schedule appointments based on customer needs and concerns.
• Communicate effectively to leave customers informed and comfortable.
• Document and update customer records.
• Develop knowledge of products and services across dealerships.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Work as a team and uphold company standards of professionalism.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally
• Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
• Outbound calls following up with internet leads and unsold showroom traffic
• Inbound calls from sales customers
• Determine customer's primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment
• Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity
