Job summary

TruTeam in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Sales Consultant to grow our residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, conduct daily sales calls, present proposals, and manage relationships from initial contact to project completion.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in building-products sales, are aggressive in developing new accounts, and will meet monthly targets. Local travel (>50%) and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in building products/construction.
• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and consistently generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials and services based on customer needs.
• Understand regional market conditions, products, prices, and competitors.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
