Job summary

TruTeam in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Sales Consultant to grow our residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, present proposals, and close new business while delivering knowledge on insulation and building materials.

This role requires 3+ years in building products sales, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel locally. We offer base pay plus commissions, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required for company travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Meet monthly sales targets and manage accounts from initial sale to closing.
• Provide product knowledge and advise on materials and services based on customer needs and interests.
