K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant in Beaufort, SC to learn products, sell homes and secure contracts. You will follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products and compare market competition.

A valid SC Real Estate License and a clean driving record are required; two years of sales, preferably in new homes, is expected. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability toprovide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one‑one and in front of large groups, is amust. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.A valid South Carolina Real Estate License is required.
