Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Sales Consultant to play a pivotal role in guiding home buyers through the buying process.

You will learn all products, present options to customers, and secure contracts while building lasting relationships on weekends and some holidays. Requirements include two years of sales experience (new home sales preferred), exceptional customer service and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

To join our team in this role, you must have a proven track record of two (2) years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups, is a must. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
